Begin Realty is offering two levels of service to provide the maximum benefit for you.
FILL FEE - one month's rent
- Negotiate rental/lease
- Credit check
- Checking Personal references
- Employment verifications
- Receipt of rental & security deposit before placing tenant
- Referral of all data to owner for final decision
- Property walk-thru before and after tenant occupancy
- Advertising as required
- Drawing up of leases & all associated paperwork for rental placement
Fee: 15% Management package
- Collecting rents
- Monthly paid rent invoices
- Yearly statement sheet & 1099
- Field tenant calls 24 hr. basis
- Coordination/supervision repairs or cleaning between tenants
Fee: $25.00 per lease for new leases for existing tenants that are not doing management but fill service has been completed.
Professional fee to visit property:
- $100.00 fee for giving rental market value; discuss items that need attention at property, calls to owners. (No charge for this if owners list their property with Begin Property Management & Rentals).
