I want to thank you for keeping us informed and on track, as well as the reminders you sent along to be sure we, the sellers, were not missing anything.  Everything was handled professionally, and you were so helpful early-on when you met with the members of our church to give us a walk-through on what to expect and how long the process could take.  As you know, we got offers pretty quickly, and the first offer was "the one."  And to think we closed the sale in just over two months from the day we listed the property with you, is simply amazing.
