Emily is a very personable and energetic lady. Great sense of humor but all business. Always going above and beyond what I expect from a realtor. She was more like a friend or family member. She made me feel like we were partners in this endeavor. Would definitely ask for her again. There were several times when she volunteered to do things to help me, or that I had to ask her to do, that were clearly not part of her job description but were greatly appreciated. She was always glad to help. I was extremely particular about what pictures of the property I wanted posted, as well as what order I wanted them in. I expected some light-hearted exasperation but no; she was glad to make things the way I wanted them.

Kerry was an absolute pleasure to work with through our NEK land purchase process! We were shopping for land in the NEK and Kerry happened to be the selling agent for the property we were interested in, so we reached out for more information and heard back from him the same day. Within 24 hours we were on a call with Kerry discussing the property and purchase process and within a month we were closing. We appreciated that Kerry is an NEK native and therefore was extremely knowledgeable about the NEK region. Thanks so much for all that you and Begin Realty did to help us sell this from far away. Thanks for going the extra mile to help us coordinate people in and out to get it ready for sale, and Rosemary was terrific! Thanks for sharing those memories. It brings tears to my eyes. We owned that building for over 100 years, our great-grandfather started a little fruit stand there so long ago. It is sad to sell it, but it was becoming more and more difficult to manage it with no one living the area.
